What level of digital maturity of the economy in 2017?

In 2017, the voice of the customer continues to disrupt value chains. Organizations dream to be data-driven and would like to have instituted the concept of continuous innovation in corporate culture. The results remain sometimes subtle, but already, a new wave full of technological promises is emerging; here again, most of them are preparing for the next phase - to become an augmented or continuously-learning business where the processes established will no longer be fixed and will evolve based on experience.  

The 3rd edition of the Referential assesses the digital maturity level of the economy in 2017. It is based on 75 interviews with French and international executives from major groups or digital natives, opening up about their digital transformation strategies at the different levels of their organization.

Through their eyes, complemented by the results of an throughout analysis conducted among 1,200 decision-makers from general, digital or functional directorates, the new backdrop is confirmed: the economy has entered a dynamic of permanent and accelerated transformation.
